Please familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions before you place an order as we reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged. If there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions upon which the discount codes were issued and these terms and conditions, the discount code terms and conditions prevail. We take the risk of internet fraud very seriously. With the volume of fraudulent credit card transactions increasing, we make every effort to ensure all orders are thoroughly checked using the information already supplied. There is a possibility we may contact you to make additional security checks and we ask for your co-operation to enable us to complete them. We will not tolerate fraudulent transactions and such transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

The Website’s Terms and Conditions can be changed at any time by Oskar Shop, and they are binding to Clients / Users / Buyers from the moment they are displayed on the Website. Accepting the Website’s Terms and Conditions is confirmed by ticking the corresponding checkbox on the Website and/or by sending an Order and/or by making an online payment.
- Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website.
The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later.We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the Website.
You may only use one discount code with each order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket. We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a maximum order value.
6. Product Warranty
Our company provides a quality certificate (for natural hair products), a warranty certificate (for straighteners, curlers, hair dryers), as well as user instructions for every product delivered.
Please read the user instructions for each product carefully to avoid any unpleasant situations! Any detected defect should be reported as soon as possible to the email address: office.royalhair.ro@gmail.com, so that the product can be replaced!
Extensions and natural hair products can be styled and tinted/dyed! The warranty is voided if the hair has been dyed, brushed aggressively, or subjected to other harsh treatments. We recommend that you test the hair quality within the first few days of receiving it. Please do not use the product if you wish to request a refund. The return warranty is valid for 14 calendar days.
There is NO warranty provided for the application of permanent extensions; they must be applied at professional salons exclusively by qualified individuals. We recommend you test the hair quality within the first few days of receiving it. The return warranty is valid for 14 calendar days.
Attention! Since our products are made from natural human hair, depending on the range and color, there might be a discrepancy of plus/minus one centimeter regarding length and plus/minus 10 grams in weight.
We advise a careful inspection of the hair quality, as well as other product specifications within the first days after receiving the package. Returns can only be made within the first 14 calendar days!
For wigs made of natural and synthetic hair, the warranty is voided if the mesh band edging the wig has been cut, the adjustable strap has been damaged, or if there are any signs of wear (odors, traces of styling products).
For keratin bonding machines, extension accessories, curlers, straighteners, and hair dryers, please test them upon receipt. If any defects are found, please notify us within 72 hours; the return warranty is valid for 14 calendar days.
All types of extensions, both permanent and semi-permanent, should be mounted or dyed/tinted at a specialized salon. Attention! Decolorizing extensions or using any substances based on peroxide or ammonia is not recommended!
The warranty provided through the quality certificate by our company refers strictly to the quality of the extensions, specifically that they are made from 100% natural remy hair and are produced in accordance with international hygiene and health standards!
In the case of products mounted on a textile base (lace, monofilament mesh) such as wigs, ponytails, and clip-on extensions, the interior may vary in color and stitching. This in no way affects the functionality and quality of the product.
- Price and Payment
We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our Website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.
You confirm that the credit, debit card or PayPal account that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
If your delivery address is outside of UE you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
Please note that when shipping goods inside the United Kingdom, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the UE, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card or via your PayPal account. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your good or provision of the service to you.
If payment is to be made via a credit card, a pre-auth value of £0.01 will be held against the card until the card issuer validates the payment.
- Cancellation Rights
Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

- Delivery
You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified. Notwithstanding that risk of loss or damage to the products only passes to you once they have been delivered to the delivery address, ownership of the products shall pass to you on the later of: (a) the products being dispatched by us; and (b) us receiving payment in respect of the same.
We deliver worldwide through FedEx. The delivery time is 3-4 business days, but it can be extended depending on the delivery flow and the buyer’s destination. After making the payment and preparing the order for shipment, you will receive the shipment number by email, to track the package on the FedEx platform.
Liability for any damage caused to the product, package, or parcel sent by us is borne by the courier or carrier company in accordance with current legislation. The products will be replaced by us if proof of the courier’s fault is provided and we are timely notified.
- Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with our products, but if for any reason this is not the case, you always have the option to return or exchange the product.
To exchange your product, we invite you to check off “Product Exchange” on the form, and team will contact you on Whatsapp (using the phone number from your initial order).
In case of a refund to your account, you need to fill out the return form with the order details and send the package through the FedEx courier service. We offer a comprehensive returns policy in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with any order you’ve made. Please note that the following returns procedure must be followed and failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide refunds. Also please be aware that we cannot be held responsible and provide refunds/exchanges on stock affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Before sending the return parcel, please ensure that it meets the following CONDITIONS, which you agreed to when placing the order:
Make sure you fall within the 14 calendar days from the date of product arrival!
The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to you, in the original packaging, with the associated seal. Upon receipt of the returned package, our team will conduct a brief assessment of the products in the presence of the courier. If the product does not meet the return conditions, an inspection report will be created, and it will be returned for reasons of hygiene and health!
The color, length, and quality of the hair can be observed without breaking the seal!
We do not assume responsibility for the improper handling of the extensions or failures regarding their shading/dyeing, for the mounting of microring, keratin, or tape-on extensions. Once the extensions have been installed, returns can no longer be made because the attachment method will be damaged!
After the installation of permanent extensions, the return warranty is lost!
Every customer has the duty to carefully check the quality of the extensions before wearing/mounting them!
In case of a return, the returned product must also be accompanied by any accessories or gifts received, as applicable.
Attention! Return expenses will be borne by the customer. The refund pertains strictly to the value of the ordered products, not to the costs related to product transportation.
To process your return, please ensure you follow the steps below:
- Pack the product, along with all the accessories that accompanied your order.
- Prepare the original invoice and accompanying documents and add them to the package you are returning to us.
- Send the parcel exclusively via Fedex to our address: Romania, Suceava, Blvd. 1 Decembrie 1918, no.4-6, recipient Royal Hair, postal code 720262.
Goods returned should be in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip.
Once received items will be checked and refunds on goods and postage arranged where suitable.
